On 11/8/23 we got an emergency call from one of our long time customers. They were in complete panic mode to say the least. They had their Werner-Pflieder twin extruder screws fail unexpectedly, so we picked them up that same day, brought them back to the shop and immediately started the repair process. We we able to get the repairs done within 32 hours and had them back up and running. This customer was very satisfied and in complete relief as well as in complete awe from the turnaround we were able to provide. We have been doing screw and barrel repair for them since over 9 years. I'm happy to share this success story and to know that our customer is not losing any more valuable production time!
